Trainer accreditation β step by step

Trainer EvaluationComplete the evaluation form, selecting the criteria you fulfil that define your academic, professional and training competencies.

Accreditation ApplicationComplete the application parts covering personal, academic, professional and training competencies, with proof via copies of certificates and documents.

Continuous Learning PlanIdentify your strengths and weaknesses in your training field, define professional goals and prepare an action plan for ongoing development.

Application ReviewThe accreditation committee reviews your application and verifies the submitted documents and certificates, then notifies you of acceptance.

Membership ActivationYou are one step away from membership — this final stage requires payment of the membership fee.

Licence & director's passportA scanned copy of the centre or institution licence, plus a scanned copy of the director's passport.

Manager photo & trainer filesA recent personal photo of the centre manager, plus a file for each trainer within the centre.

Centre profileMission, vision, objectives, training programs and correspondence addresses.

Training kit per programmeSend the training kit with the speakers before the start of each training programme (once per programme).

Participant recordsA record of all participants in each programme, per the daily attendance form.

Programme announcements & documentationAnnounce programmes before implementation, and document completed programmes with a final image.

Certificate feesPayment of the agreed fees for the total of the issued certificates.

Six-monthly certificate reportingSend the date of the certificate and the type of course completed every six months.

Recipient list with certificate numbersA list of those who have obtained certificates from the College, along with the certificate numbers.

Training curriculaSend the training curricula to the accreditation department, which awards the certificates from Cambridge International College.
